What is the relation between RTITB and RTITB India?
RTITB India Private Limited has been established as part of RTITB’s India outreach program under which world class training and internationally recognized certifications will be available directly through RTITB’s India arm. This set up is very unique to the working of RTITB and its world-wide operations as in all other geographies, RTITB facilitates operator training only through a trusted network of accredited training providers, however in India, RTITB India will be directly delivering training.
I have not had any incidents on my site, why do I need to get my operator trained with RTITB India?
It is indeed a good sign that you have not had any incidents on your site, and we would like to help you keep it that way. RTITB’s training follow a globally recognized standard and are designed to make measurable improvements to risk, safety as well as efficiency. Thereby, we not only help you in preventing inadvertent incidents but also assist you in improving the efficiency of your operators and up-keep cost of your machines.
I train my operators in-house, why should I train them with RTITB?
It is a good start if you care about providing training to operators before giving them charge of machines that could potentially be deadly. Training is a specialized job and ensuring its quality, consistency and efficacy requires a great deal of expertise and experience. RTITB India’s instructors use international training & assessment standards and provide training using some of the most innovative tools available in the industry to ensure the objectives of training are met and measurable improvements can be delivered to you.

How is RTITB India different from other training providers?

Can RTITB India deliver training at my premises?
RTITB India exclusively caters to businesses who need their operators & drivers trained on their own premises, using the equipment they use on a daily basis in an environment that they will work in subsequent to training. This improves the efficacy of training and also means that operations don’t suffer setbacks due to training time.
How do I know if my premises are adequately equipped for carrying out training?
RTITB India will provide you with a checklist of resources you need to equip your site with prior to the training day. Any exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis.
What language is training delivered in?
Our training material is in English, but our instructors can deliver the training in Hindi & English. Our assessments can also be carried out in both Hindi and English.
How can I verify the certificates/ ID cards issued by RTITB India?
All cards and certificates issued by RTITB from Aug 2018 have a QR code. Use your phone camera to scan the code and search our registration database. Alternatively, you’ll find a 9-digit NORS registration number on the card/certificate. Click on this link to search for the operator using this number. If the operator is in our system, their profile will show up. Click on ‘Details’ to view their training information.
What is RTITB’s NORS Registration number?
RTITB NORS Registration number a unique 9-digit RTITB registration number assigned to everyone who gets trained and registered on the RTITB’s system. This number is also visible on the certificate/ID card provided by RTITB India.
Is RTITB qualification recognized globally?
RTITB standards and qualifications are recognized most places globally, including countries like United Kingdom, Ireland, Oman, Saudi Arabia and UAE to name a few.
Can RTITB India review my premises, processes and then prepare a customized training plan to suit my requirement?
Yes, RTITB can prepare a custom training plan based on your requirements. Generally, something like this is preceded by an RTITB HealthCheck audit.
I have lost my certificate/ID card, how can I request a new copy?
If you’ve lost your card or certificate, don’t panic! You’re not alone, we’ve all been there. We’ve got a handy form that you can send into us so that we can find you on our system. Click on this link (host a form) to get a copy of the form and either fill it in on the screen and email us a copy or print it and send us a copy by post. Try to give us as much information as you can but don’t worry if you can’t fill in everything – make sure we have a contact telephone number so that we can reach you if we need to check anything.
