RTITB was set up in 1965 as a statutory body (Road Transport Industry Training Board) by the government of the UK and has since then evolved into an independent and commercial organization providing world-class workplace transport training services.

RTITB is widely regarded as the number one source of expertise when it comes to training in the workplace transport sector, whether it is material handling equipment or Heavy goods vehicles. RTITB has always been at the forefront of innovation and this ensures highly effective training standards, training tools and certification services are made available to their customers across the world.

RTITB India Private Limited has been established as part of RTITB’s India outreach program under which world class training and internationally recognized certifications will be available directly through RTITB India – an accredited partner of RTITB UK.

Having graduated with a master’s in industrial engineering (supply chain management) from the prestigious Georgia Institute of Technology (USA), Hitesh has held roles encompassing P&L management, business transformation & expansion, supply chain & logistics management, project & stakeholder management across US, UK, India and the Middle East.

He has been responsible for overseeing RTITB’s operations in the Middle East and India over the last 3 years. At RTITB India, Hitesh will have overall responsibility in fulfilling the organization vision for the Indian market.

Baljinder has over 17 years of experience in corporate and direct Sales, and comes with a robust background in partnering with industry giants like Mondelez, Hindalco, L’Oreal, HUL, PepsiCo, GAIL, Powergrid, and OMC. He has previously worked with Strategic Safety Services Pvt. Limited, Eureka Forbes Limited, and Safety Circle Pvt. Limited in various capacities.

His specialization lies in the Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) industry.

He holds an MBA in International Marketing & Sales from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal. His interests include engaging with new cultures, learning new languages, traveling, and cooking.

He has successfully led training sessions for top companies like Asian Paints, Nestle, Amazon, and Flipkart, etc. helping them achieve global safety standards and significantly reduce workplace accidents.

Suram’s expertise is supported by the OSHA Outreach Training Program and has been developed through his roles at prestigious organizations like DynCorp International in Afghanistan supported US Army, Kellogg Brown & Root in Iraq, and ThinkLink Learning Services and Safety Circle Pvt. Ltd in India.
